GLP-1 Care at Your Pharmacy, No Membership

A GLP-1 prescription is healthcare, not a subscription box.

You should not have to join a monthly membership just to talk to a clinician.

You should not have to buy medication from one required pharmacy.

And you should not have to automatically increase your dose every month just because a prewritten schedule says it is time.

At MyBodyMyRx, GLP-1 care is built differently:

Individualized care. Clear pricing. Your pharmacy. No monthly membership.

If treatment is medically appropriate, your clinician can discuss semaglutide or tirzepatide, including standard dosing, lower individualized dosing, slower titration, or maintenance dosing based on your goals, response, and tolerability.

You Shouldn’t Have to Pay Every Month Just to Keep Your Prescription

A lot of online GLP-1 programs aren’t really selling you a medical visit.

They’re selling you a recurring membership.

$99 this month.

Another $99 next month.

Then another payment the month after that — sometimes before you even pay for the medication.

That can make GLP-1 care unnecessarily expensive, especially for someone who is stable and does not need a full clinical visit every four weeks.

At MyBodyMyRx, the model is straightforward.

GLP-1 visit: $75

When medically appropriate, your visit can include a written prescription for up to 3 months of treatment, followed by a check-in for reassessment and, when appropriate, a new prescription.

No monthly membership fee.

You pay for healthcare when you need healthcare.

Semaglutide or Tirzepatide — Without the Cookie-Cutter Dosing Plan

Not everyone needs exactly the same GLP-1 treatment plan.

Some patients may need standard titration.

Others may do better increasing more slowly because of side effects.

Some may reach their goals and want to discuss a lower maintenance dose rather than continuing to escalate.

Others may be interested in a lower-dose approach for an individualized clinical reason.

The goal should not be:

Get everyone to the highest dose possible.

The goal should be:

Use the treatment plan that makes medical sense for the individual patient.

When appropriate, MyBodyMyRx clinicians can discuss:

  • Semaglutide
  • Tirzepatide
  • Standard dosing
  • Lower individualized dosing
  • Slower titration
  • Alternative dose progression
  • Maintenance dosing
  • Dose adjustments based on response and tolerability

More medication is not automatically better medication.

Your Pharmacy. Your Choice.

This is another big one.

You should not have to buy medication from a provider’s preferred pharmacy just because that’s how their business model makes money.

When medically appropriate, MyBodyMyRx can send your prescription to the pharmacy you choose.

That may be:

  • Your usual local pharmacy
  • A pharmacy where you found a better cash price
  • A pharmacy covered by your insurance
  • A licensed compounding pharmacy you prefer
  • A mail-order pharmacy, if you want one we can recommend one

You can compare prices.

You can ask about availability.

You can investigate insurance coverage or prescription savings.

And you can decide where you want to fill your medication.

Or you can simply use a pharmacy we recommend.

Your prescription should not become a hostage to a membership.

What About Compounded Semaglutide or Tirzepatide?

When a compounded medication is legally and medically appropriate, you are not required to use a specific compounding pharmacy simply because you received your prescription through MyBodyMyRx.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products, and concentrations, formulations, pricing, availability, and beyond-use dates can vary between pharmacies.

That makes pharmacy selection and clear dosing instructions especially important.

If you use a compounded medication, always follow the instructions for the exact concentration on your specific vial. The same number of syringe units can represent a completely different medication dose when the concentration changes.

GLP-1 Care Should Be More Than “Here’s Your Prescription”

Starting the medication is only part of the story.

What happens when:

You’re nauseated after increasing your dose?

You’re losing weight but also losing your appetite more than you want?

You’ve reached your goal and don’t want to keep escalating?

You change pharmacies and receive a different concentration?

You stop treatment for several weeks and want to restart?

Your health or medications change?

Those are clinical questions.

Ongoing GLP-1 care should include reassessing your response, side effects, medication changes, dosing, and treatment goals — not simply charging your card every month and shipping another box.

What Happens During a GLP-1 Visit?

Before prescribing, a licensed clinician reviews information relevant to whether GLP-1 treatment may be appropriate for you.

This can include your:

  • Current weight and treatment goals
  • Medical history
  • Current medications
  • Previous GLP-1 treatment
  • Previous doses and side effects
  • Pregnancy or pregnancy plans
  • History of pancreatitis or gallbladder problems
  • Gastrointestinal history
  • Personal or family history relevant to GLP-1 safety
  • Other factors that could affect treatment

A prescription is never guaranteed.

Medical appropriateness comes first.

What Does GLP-1 Care Cost?

We don’t think you should have to dig through six pages of fine print to answer that question.

MyBodyMyRx GLP-1 visit: $75

When medically appropriate, this can provide a prescription for up to 3 months, followed by a clinical check-in before another prescription is issued.

No monthly membership.

No subscription required.

No mandatory medication bundle.

No required pharmacy.

The medication itself is purchased separately from the pharmacy you choose, and medication prices vary by drug, pharmacy, insurance coverage, formulation, and availability.

Why Doesn’t MyBodyMyRx Include the Medication in One Big Monthly Price?

Because separating medical care from medication sales gives you more control.

A bundled price can sound convenient.

But it can also make it difficult to know:

How much am I actually paying for the clinical care?

How much am I paying for the medication?

Could I get this medication somewhere else for less?

Am I paying every month because I need medical care — or because the subscription requires it?

With MyBodyMyRx, the clinical visit has a clear price.

The pharmacy has its price.

And you get to choose the pharmacy.

Already on a GLP-1 and Just Need Ongoing Care?

You don’t necessarily need to start over simply because you’re changing providers.

If you’re already using semaglutide or tirzepatide, your clinician can review your current medication, dose, response, side effects, treatment history, and goals.

Depending on what is medically appropriate, that conversation may include continuing treatment, adjusting the dose, slowing titration, or discussing maintenance.

Bring the exact medication name, concentration, current dose, and pharmacy information so your clinician can accurately review what you are taking.

GLP-1 Care Without the Subscription-Box Nonsense

You are a patient.

Not a recurring charge.

You deserve to know what you’re paying for, why you’re taking a particular dose, what your options are, and where your prescription is going.

Dr. Jessica Isnetto, DNP, APRN-C, FNP-C

I’m the founder of MyBodyMyRx and a clinician with more than 20 years of experience in reproductive and women’s healthcare. I spent more than a decade caring for patients in person, and today I provide care through direct-to-patient telemedicine, with a clinical focus on birth control, emergency contraception, period delay treatment, and perimenopause and menopause care.

I built MyBodyMyRx because I care deeply about reproductive healthcare, access, choice and making sure people are treated fairly when they seek care.

Access matters. Having choices matters. And who gets to make those choices matters.

Our healthcare landscape is changing. I believe people need more options to protect their health—not fewer. Decisions about your body and your healthcare should be made by you, with guidance from a qualified clinician, not dictated by someone else’s beliefs, a corporate business model, or a company’s bottom line.

I have watched healthcare become increasingly transactional. Too often, patients are asked to pay before they even know whether a service can help them. They’re pushed toward subscriptions they may not need, bundled products they may not want, or a company’s preferred pharmacy. In other models, patients are expected to research medications, choose their own treatment, and essentially become their own provider before a clinician ever evaluates them.

I don’t think healthcare should work that way.

You deserve to understand your options. You deserve transparent pricing. You deserve to know whether you may be eligible for care before being asked to pay. And you deserve a clinician who is actually responsible for the clinical part of your care.

Healthcare first. Checkout second.

That philosophy is built into MyBodyMyRx.

You complete a medical intake for a preliminary eligibility assessment first. Then you decide whether you want to move forward and pay—or walk away with no risk. Only after you submit and pay does a clinician perform the formal medical review. When treatment is appropriate, your prescription can be sent to the pharmacy you choose.

I didn’t build MyBodyMyRx to steer you toward a particular medication, pharmacy, subscription, or product. I built it to give you another choice.

My job as a clinician is to help you understand your options, evaluate what is medically appropriate, explain important risks and benefits, and provide evidence-based care. Your job should not be to diagnose yourself or figure out what to prescribe yourself before anyone will help you.

I also believe being informed is part of having autonomy. That’s why education is an important part of MyBodyMyRx. I want patients to have access to clear, useful medical information without expecting them to become medical experts in order to receive care.

Being informed should give you more power in your healthcare—not transfer the responsibility for providing that healthcare onto you.

Areas of Clinical Focus

  • Birth control and contraceptive counseling

  • Emergency contraception, including ella (ulipristal acetate) and levonorgestrel

  • Period delay treatment

  • Perimenopause and menopause care

Medical Content & Clinical Standards

I take the same evidence-based approach to the educational content published by MyBodyMyRx. Content is written or clinically reviewed and informed by current clinical guidelines, FDA-approved prescribing information, peer-reviewed medical literature, and established medical references.

Sources I commonly consult when researching and reviewing educational content include:

  • American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG)

  • Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), including the U.S. Medical Eligibility Criteria for Contraceptive Use and U.S. Selected Practice Recommendations for Contraceptive Use

  • U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) prescribing information

  • The Menopause Society

  • World Health Organization (WHO)

  • Peer-reviewed medical literature and major medical journals

MyBodyMyRx exists because I believe reproductive healthcare should still feel like healthcare.

Not a sales funnel.
Not a subscription trap.
Not a guessing game.

Real clinical care. Fair treatment. Transparent pricing. And choices that remain where they belong—with you.
