Current patients: use the secure patient portal
- Your symptoms, side effects, or new concerns
- Questions about your medication or how to take it
- Requests to change, stop, or adjust a prescription
- Clinical questions about your chart, labs, or medical history
Please do not send any personal health information (PHI) by email. Clinical care, medical advice, and medication decisions must happen inside the portal as part of a documented visit or message thread.
Email for non-clinical questions only
- Website issues (pages not loading, broken links, etc.)
- Questions about how MyBodyMyRx works in general
- Basic questions about pricing, eligibility, or states served
- Media, partnership, or business inquiries
Do not include your symptoms, diagnosis, medication list, or other PHI in email. If your question becomes clinical, we’ll direct you back to the patient portal or ask you to start a new visit.
When you’ll need a new visit
For safety and legal reasons, the following always require a new visit in the portal:
- New or worsening symptoms
- Side effects that may require a dose change or different medication
- Requests for a different method (for example, switching pill type or to the patch/ring)
- Refill requests after your previous prescription has expired or has no refills left
This keeps your care documented, protects your privacy, and allows the clinician to fully review your history before making a decision.
Response times (non-urgent)
We aim to respond to portal messages and emails within 1–2 business days. During weekends, holidays, or high-volume times, responses may take longer.
If your pharmacy is out of stock or needs the prescription resent, send a message through the portal or clearly label your email subject line with “Pharmacy issue (non-urgent)”. We will prioritize these when possible.
